Returns and Refunds Policy

At Odyssey Gears, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality travel products and a smooth shopping experience worldwide. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items returned after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection.

As Odyssey Gears operates with Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued through an agreed alternative method arranged with the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or customized products

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as Odyssey Gears is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
